The room was divided by individuals who were in"the Valentin camp"and those who were <br /> 20 trying to stay under the radar due to fear of retaliation from Chief Valentin and those acting on his behalf. <br /> 21 65. The female officers were advised that their comments and concerns would be provided in <br /> 22 <br /> report-form to Chief Valentin with recommendations. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 66.
