Matthew Compton demanded justice for Noe Rodriguez, spoke regarding Noe <br /> Rodriguez's incident, an altercation with a Santa Ana police officer, and <br /> Councilmember Bacerra's comments related to the Coach Royal Mobile Home Park <br /> tenant eviction. <br /> 4. David Pulido demanded justice for Noe Rodriguez, spoke regarding Noe Rodriguez, <br /> Mario Diaz, and Freddy Washington's incidents, and requested accountability and <br /> transparency. <br /> 5.
