claiming by, through or under City, any right or claim that any such information is not a public <br /> record or that the same is a trade secret or confidential information and hereby agrees to indemnify <br /> and hold District harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and/or obligations arising <br /> out of or resulting from a claim by City or any third party that such information is a trade secret, <br /> or confidential, or not subject to inspection by the public, including without limitation reasonable <br /> attorneys' fees and costs. <br /> 62. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES (7.0 SR) <br /> The relationship of the Parties hereto is that of Lessor and Lessee, and it is expressly understood <br /> and agreed that District does not in any way or for any purpose become a partner of or a joint <br /> venturer with City in the conduct of City's business or otherwise, and the provisions of this Lease <br /> and the agreements relating to rent payable hereunder are included solely for the ptn-pose of <br /> providing a method by which rental payments are to be measured and ascertained. <br /> 63.
