10.3 Limitation on Vacation. <br /> With the exception of a retiring employee, no employee is granted, and no employee shall <br /> be allowed to take, any vacation leave with pay in excess of four hundred (400) hours in <br /> any one (1) year. <br /> 10.4 Vacation Carry-Over. <br /> A. No employee may carry over from one (1) calendar year to the next,more than the <br /> maximum vacation carryover as set forth in the following table.
