NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />BEFORE THE SANTA ANA <br />HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION <br />The City of Santa Ana encourages the public to participate in the decision -making process. We <br />encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br />Historic Resources Commission Action: The Historic Resources Commission will hold a <br />Public Hearing to receive public testimony, and will take action on the item described below. <br />Their decision is final unless appealed to the City Council within 10 days of the decision by any <br />interested party or group. <br />Project Location: 2424 North Oakmont Avenue located within the Single -Family <br />Residence (R1) zoning district. <br />Proiect Applicant: Lance Uradomo and Tilly Gurman (Property Owner & Applicant) <br />Proiect Description: Request for approval of Historic Resources Con,r0s<aon Application <br />(HRCA) No. 2024-11, Historic Register Categorization (HRC) No. 202' toric Property <br />Preservation Application (HPPA) No. 2024-13 to allow the placem< .' a., c r: _ rizaaon of the <br />subject site in the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties as "Ked an r: aute a Historic <br />Property Preservation Agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Environmental Impact: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the <br />CEQA Guidelines, the project is exempt from further review under Section 15331 (Class 31), as <br />these actions are designed to preserve historic resources. A Categor,cal Exemption, ER No. <br />2024-86 will be filed for this project. <br />Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Thursday, January 29, at 4:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Members of the public may <br />attend this meeting in -person or join via Zoom.
