13. Historic Property Preservation Agreements for the Properties Located at 1402 S. <br />Birch Street and 2424 N. Oakmont Avenue <br />Department(s): Planning and Building Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the <br />attached Mills Act agreements with the below -referenced property owners for the <br />identified structures (Agreements No. A-2026-XXX and No. A-2026-XXX).
