Each party agrees that electronically <br />signed documents shall be valid, enforceable, and admissible in any legal <br />proceeding to the same extent as a manually signed original. <br />XVII. NO WAIVER OF PRIVILEGE AND/OR WORK PRODUCTION PROTECTION <br /> <br />Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in <br />this AGREEMENT shall require a party to release or provide information <br />(including any reports, communications, data, etc.) that has been deemed <br />by that party to be subject to the attorney-client privilege, attorney <br />work product doctrine, or any other relevant privilege and protection, <br />including, but not limited to, any reports or information generated by a <br />party’s consultant that was prepared in consultation with, or at the <br />direction of, such party’s attorney or counsel of record.
