Adopt the environmental determination for Amendment Application (Zone Change) <br />No. 2026-02, finding that the Project is within the scope of the 2022 Santa Ana <br />General Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH No. 2020029087) and is <br />exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections <br />15162 and 15061(b)(3); and <br />2.
