Transitioning to a floating holiday would require: <br />Meet-and-confer negotiations with all applicable bargaining units <br />Amendments to Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) <br />Consideration of impacts on employee compensation and scheduling <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The estimated fiscal impact is up to $15,000 and will depend on the final scope of <br />implementation.
