Region 4 ESC shall have the right in its sole discretion to renew the Contract for <br />additional terms up to two (2) years after the end of the initial term or for a lesser period of time as determined by <br />to the expiration of the original term. Contractor acknowledges and understands Region 4 ESC is under no <br />obligation whatsoever to extend the term of this Contract. In the event the proposal term, including renewals, ends <br />before another proposal is executed, proposal prices and discounts may be extended on a month-to-month basis <br />by mutual consent. Extensions are limited to the lesser of: a) six (6) additional monthly terms, or b) the time which is <br />required to complete a new solicitation for the goods and services provided for in this solicitation.
