1 CHANGE IN LAW AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br />2 <br />Proposer shall comply with all laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines applicable to a vendor providing <br />6 <br />services and products required by the contract to the Region 4 ESC, as these laws, regulations, requirements and <br />guidelines currently exist and as amended throughout the term of the contract.
