CARDENAL is informed and believes,and upon such information and belief alleges,that, <br /> z <br /> at all relevant times, each and every Defendant was a principle, agent, employer, employee, manager, <br /> 3 <br /> 4 supervisor, officer, shareholder and/or owner of each and every other Defendant, and each and every act <br /> 5 and/or omission of each and every Defendant occurred by and through the governing body and/or <br /> 6 management of the Defendant and within the course and scope of such agency and/or employment and/or <br /> 7 <br /> was approved and/or ratified by the acts and/or omissions of each and every other Defendant. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 FACTUAL BACKGROUND <br /> 10 A. Prior to his hiring as a CITY Police Officer,CARDENAL served in the United <br /> 11 States Air Force. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 7. By way of brief history,following the attacks against the United States on September 11, <br /> 14 2001, CARDENAL enlisted in the United States Air Force. <br /> 15 8. In March 2002,CARDENAL entered basic training. <br /> 16 9. CARDENAL served as an intelligence analyst on active duty for six years with assignments <br /> 17 <br /> in Texas,Nevada,Washington DC,Bosnia and Korea. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 10. After separating from active duty, CARDENAL transitioned into the Air Force Reserves <br /> 20 where he has continued to serve and has achieved the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. <br /> 21 B. Approximately 13 Years Ago, CARDENAL was Hired by CITY as a Police <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Officer and was Subsequently Promoted and Selected for Prestigious Positions. <br /> 24 11. In 2009,CARDENAL was hired by CITY as a Police Officer. <br /> 25 12. In 2017, CARDENAL was selected to fill the roll of field training officer C FTO")and,as <br /> 26 a FTO,has trained approximately 30 officers. <br /> 27 <br /> 13.
