Hall reported out the summary of email comments <br /> received: (1) Closed Session Agenda Item No. 2 and there were no in person or <br /> teleconference speakers. <br /> RECESS — City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting <br /> regular City business. <br /> MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:08 P.M. <br /> CLOSED SESSION ITEMS—The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br /> matters without members of the public present.
