EXHIBIT B <br />ADDITIONAL LEASE CONDITIONS <br />SARTC business hours are seven days a week from 5AM to midnight and there is on -site security <br />24/7. If tenant needs to access tenant space during non -business hours, they will need to contact <br />the security guard on duty at (714) 912-3494. <br />Tenant must provide SARTC Property Management Office with a point of contact for regular <br />business house and after hours. <br />• Tenant has the ability to terminate with 30-day notice. <br />
