I <br />observed body to be nude with a toe tag on his right foot. <br />Additionally, had several tattoos on his head, throat, chest, arms, and legs; to include Barbie on his <br />throat, a swastika, and barbwire on his chest. <br /> concluded the post mortem examination and stated did not have any distinct <br /> .
