Narrative: Narrative <br />On 11/04/20, Santa Ana Police Correctional Officers discovered Santa Ana Jail inmate, in his <br />cell and unresponsive .Orange County Fire Authority responded and transported <br /> to Orange County Global Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. <br /> was housed in MOD 3D, cell # D24.I obtained surveillance footage from that module, camera <br />SAJ083 ±3D-CELLS 21-24.The camera is pointed at cell, D24.I reviewed the footage and noted <br />the following. <br />11/03/20 - 11:45:26 PM  <br />Santa Ana Correctional Officer C. Fernandez #3142 conducted a cell check.She looked into Jones¶cell, <br />D24, through the window.After her visual check of the cell, she continued to the other cells. <br />11/04/20 - 1:16:46 AM <br />I observed movement inside cell D24.The movement was quick and unknown the type of activity.The <br />movement was seen via the window. <br />11/04/20 - 1:35:32 AM <br />Correctional Officer Fernandez conducted a cell check.She looked into cell, D24, through the <br />window and reacted to her observations.Correctional Officer radioed for help and opened the cell.Santa <br />Ana Jail personnel responded and administered life saving measures. <br />11/04/20 -1:47:22 AM <br />Orange County Fire (Engine 71) arrived, took over life saving measures and transported to Orange <br />County Global Medical Center. <br />For further, refer to the footage that was previously booked into evidence. <br />F.
