Dir. Planning & Bldg. Agency <br />Joseph Fletcher, City Attorney <br />Karen Haluza, Planning Manager <br />Sergio Klotz, Principal Planner <br />Martha Ramirez, Recording Secretary <br />Meeting adjourned due to lack of quorum. City Attorney Fletcher confirmed that, <br />due to the fact that the Historic Resources Commission is a nine-member <br />• commission, five members must be present to constitute a quorum. <br />Planning Manager Haluza stated that the next regularly scheduled Historic <br />Resources Commission meeting is set for October 7, 2010, but that a special <br />meeting would be scheduled prior to that time in order to assist those applicants <br />who were not able to have their items considered at this meeting.
