CITY COUNCIL 8 APRIL 7, 2026 <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the <br />attached Mills Act agreements with the below­referenced property owners for the <br />identified structures (Agreement Nos. A-2026-038 and A-2026-039).
