I was assigned to a patrol function while <br />driving a marked black and white police vehicle and wearing a distinct police uniform. I was also wearing a department issued body worn <br />camera. The footage was later uploaded and stored as evidence. The following narrative is a brief summary and no statement is verbatim <br />XQOHVVRWKHUZLVHQRWHG <br />At approximately 0140 hours Officer Phan and I were dispatched to 62 Civic Center Plaza for reports of a male at <br />Santa Ana Jail. <br />While enroute we were advised that CPR was being started. We arrived at scene at approximately 0145 hours. Paramedics (Engine #71 and <br />Care Ambulance #9571) at scene when we arrived. The subject was placed in the rear of Care Ambulance #9571 and transported to OC Global <br />Hospital.
