CUSTODIAN AND LOCATION OF RECORDS <br />The documents and other material that constitute the record of proceedings on which these <br />findings are based, are located at the City of Santa Ana Public Works Office, City Hall, 20 Civic <br />Center Plaza, 3rd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92701. The custodian for these documents is the City of <br />Santa Ana. This information is provided in compliance with Public Resources Code Section <br />21481.6(a)(2) and 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15091(e). <br />E.
