The project will also include <br />additional left turn lanes at Grand Avenue, bus pads, raised medians, and <br />a protected bike lane. <br />a <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />The MPAH (Master Plan of Arterial Highways) Strategic Plan Technical <br />Report identified the need for Warner Avenue to be widened to a six -lane <br />major arterial to meet MPAH requirements. The existing Average Daily Traffic <br />(ADT) is in excess of 29,600 vehicles per day.
