Conduct a public hearing regarding the approval of the <br />Housing Authority Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the Housing Authority Annual Plan for Fiscal Year <br />2026-2027 and directing the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to submit <br />the Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-001 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF <br />THE ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 <br /> <br />Chair Amezcua opened the Public Hearing at 9:02 P.M. <br /> <br />Secretary Jennifer L.
