EXHIBIT 1 Projects AP-35 Projects — 91.220(d) Introduction To address the high priority needs identified in the Strategic Plan to the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, the City will invest CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds in projects that preserve affordable housing, provide fair housing services, provide public services to low-income residents, prevent homelessness, and improve businesses. Together, these projects will address the housing, community, and economic development needs of Santa Ana residents. The 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan is a roadmap to guide the City's housing, community, and economic development investments during the next five years. All investments of HUD funding are used to address the priority needs listed in the City's five-year Consolidated Plan.
