Um, so at 9-, approximately 9:30, 9:40 is when I took over doing <br />both units. Um, no one on 3 Delta side was out *** for the rest of the <br />night. Only 3 Charlie, um, because of the way it’s run. And again, I think I <br />might of had, um, maybe one or two inmates left to come out for that <br />evening. Um, so I, I know I did finish early with, with inmates. I don’t <br />know if it was 10:00 o’clock or 11:00. Um, I would have to look back at <br />that. Um, but my responsibility was to make sure and do my, do the <br />checks while, um, for both units at, um, starting after 9:30. <br />TOTH: Okay. <br />FERNANDEZ: So I didn’t have any, um… I didn’t have any interaction with that <br />day at all. <br />TOTH: Okay. So at 9:30 you have responsibility for 3 Charlie and 3 Delta. <br />FERNANDEZ: Correct. <br />TOTH: Okay. <br />FERNANDEZ: And that’s doing whether it’s medical-, whatever comes into play at that, <br />after that time. <br />TOTH: Okay.
