I <br />don’t … I don’t remember exactly… <br />TOTH: Okay. <br />FERNANDEZ: …how the sheets were, if they were all the way around or… I just know <br />that they were hanging. There was some portion of it hanging from the <br />corner. <br />TOTH: Okay. Your assessment of ’ condition at that point? Do you <br />remember? <br />FERNANDEZ: Um, ***. When I saw him initially he was very pale and white. Um, when <br />I entered *** I was the first one to touch him he was very warm and <br />supple. So he was su-. It was soft. He was not cold at all. Um, so I was <br />*** really in a hurry to, to get him loose.
