The following is a <br />summary of the interview with and is not verbatim or necessarily in order of the <br />conversation, but organized for the purpose of clarity. Refer to the digital audio recording for <br />exact quotes, comments and statements. <br /> On Sunday, July 1, 2018, at approximately 1142 hours, was on the third floor of <br />the parking structure, located at 1020 WEST CIVIC CENTER DRIVE in SANTA ANA. He was in the <br />parking structure with a female friend named , later identified as , <br />, and the two were there charging their cell phones.
