The Trauma Team was activated <br />and attempted to resuscitate TAYLOR and treat his injuries. Chest compressions were continued, <br />a chest tube was inserted and he was administered epinephrine. He was intubated by the <br />anesthesiologist. None of the efforts worked and she pronounced him deceased at 0025 hours. <br /> TAYLOR was never conscious and made no statements. <br /> had been a medical doctor since 1987. She attended the University of South <br />Carolina - School of Medicine.
