As she was walking toward the southeast stairwell of the parking structure, she looked up and noticed a male in his thirties leaning on the railing of the second floor of the structure near the southeast corner. was not able to provide any further description of this individual. thought the male was possibly having an intense conversation with someone who was out of sight. She had her earphones on and was not able to make out what was being said. She felt there was something about the individ ual that made her uneasy, but could not describe what it was. As she entered the southeast corner of the parking structure, she saw a white male, with longer hair, on the ground floor, looking at his cellphone. thought the individual could have been a bondsman. had gone to her car and was sitting next to it in a folding chair when she saw a man with a baby in a stroller enter the structure and leave in a white car. Approximately 10 - 15 minutes later she heard a loud, deep, commanding voice that sounded like that of an officer. was not able to make out what was being said due to having her earphones on. She based this description of the voice on her experience working in the Orange County Jail and hearing the deputies giving commands to the inmates. She then heard at least two (2) gun shots, which sounded like they came from the floor above her, within 30 seconds of hearing the voice. She then noticed SAPD officers began arriving almost immediately after the gun shots and she moved her car further back in the parking stall so it would not get hit by the responding officers. She then waited to be contacted by the responding officers. was eventually taken to SAPD where she waited to be interviewed. The interview was then concluded at 0351 hours.
