There <br />was an open parkin’ spot. <br />MOROYOQUI: Okay. <br />RICHARDSON: And he had situated himself on the rail right next to that, uh, Ford pickup. <br />MOROYOQUI: Can you describe the guy’s actions, what he was doing? Um, I think I <br />understood, understood he was acting-, was he actin’ kinda weird or? <br />RICHARDSON: He was.
