There was four cartridges in the sidesaddle <br />carrier and four cartridges in the chamber. There was a Daniel Defense DDM4 carbine <br />rifle (serial #DDM4057333) locked in the rifle rack between the driver and passenger seat. <br />There was a 30 round capacity magazine in the magazine well. The rifle was equipped <br />with an Aim point optic, attached light mount, and nylon sling. This vehicle was on scene <br />at the time of the shooting incident. <br /> Vehicle #4 –2005 Chevy Tahoe, four door, black and white, SAPD Vehicle Number <br />821/29507, vehicle license number 1134985. This vehicle was assigned to SAPD Officer <br />Sergeant ABEL OROPEZA, #2499, who was the sole occupant.
