Our four partners, <br /> retired law enforcement professionals with over 125 years of combined experience and <br /> 50 years of executive and managerial experience, bring unique insights and expertise to <br /> every case. <br /> Our Mission: <br /> To provide clients with superior investigative and consulting services. <br /> Our Commitment: <br /> • Confidentiality and Ethics: We prioritize discretion and ethical conduct in every <br /> investigation. <br /> • Timeliness and Comprehensiveness: Expect prompt results and detailed <br /> written reports. <br /> • Professionalism and Industry Standards: We uphold the highest standards of <br /> our profession, as established by the California Bureau of Investigative Services. <br /> Our Services: <br /> • Background Investigations: <br /> o Police officers & dispatchers: $2,000 flat fee. <br /> o Non-sworn personnel: $1,900 flat fee. <br /> o Completed within seven weeks of applicant interview. <br /> • Administrative Investigations: <br /> o $200 per hour investigation fee. <br /> o $60 per hour transcription fee. <br /> o Mileage at the current IRS business rate <br /> o In the event RCS is required to provide testimony at any post-investigation <br /> hearing, deposition, or trial, the fee is $215 per hour, plus expenses. <br /> 1 <br />
