EXHIBITA Provider will teach the following classes at the Soul at Home facility: Yoga for Kids, the class will cover basin of Yoga for ]lids and a variety of fitness classes. Teens Ycga, the class promotrs self�expression ,while improving shength, flexibility, snd balance Gentle Flow Yoga, the class begins with a gentle warm-up followed by a slower paced flow with descriptions of posNtes. Pr�Natal Yoga, flux class offers breathing and meditation techniques are designed to combat mental and physical fatigue for expectant mothers, The Yoga for Kids will be held on Tuesdays, 6 t 12 years of age, at 490 pm, mmning for 6 weeks. Teens Yoga will beheld on Thursdays,l2tc 16 years, at 490 pm, rumting for 6 weeks. GentlOr OW Yoga will be held Wednesdays, 16 and up, at 395 pm, running 6 weeks. Pre-Natal Yoga will be held Wednesdays, 18 and up, at 490pm,mm�ing6wceks. 7. Providerwillprovideandberesponsibleforegpmant ,racords, personnel and clean up of thefacdidas and matuials necessary to ensure fire safety and effectiveness of said instruction. 4. ]f Provider allows others to teach hislher class, (hoseteachers mas4 beaver 2[, have obtained and maintain an �sWcfor rating, and b¢ covered by Providers' insurance. Providershallprovide Citywithdocumen�tionto verify instmcfor and insurance requirements. CLASS SIZE 1. Eachclassmuslhaveaminimumofipaidstudeotsaodnomorefhsnamaximumof 20. 2. No registration vrill beaccepted aflu the second meeting of class. 3. In the event the min�num number of enrollees is not realized by the second meefing oftheclass,theclassshall becaoceled.Provider will be underno obligation to provideservices andtheCity will haveno obligationsto pay Provider compensation. CLASS FEES 1 Each parliGpanf shall pay a $48. 001$60.00 classregisttation Peeper sassion. Anticipated reveouefrom thus class is $10,000.00. 2. No refunds will bemadetoparfioipan( safterthefirstweekofclassualasstheclassis cancelled by the City. 3. The City shall oollecf registration Pecs from each participant during the registraticn period. Provider s}vlll not collect teas, but shall refer all interested padicipants to City forregistration.
