Officer Report for Incident 20-02516 <br />S upplement <br />Th is report is associated with t he following reports : <br />OC Dk 2 0 -002 <br />SAPD: 20-01 70 9 <br />Coroner: 20 -00372 -MM <br />Crime Lab: 20-4 0926 <br />On 0 1/20/20, I was o n uniformed patrol in the City of Fount ai n Va l ley, County o f <br />Orange. At 2322 hours, I r esponded to -to assist the: <br />Sant a Ana Po lice Department with an o fficer invol v ed s hooting at the listed <br />location. I arrived on sce n e along with mu l t iple other off icers f rom t he Sa nta <br />Ana a nd Fo untain Valley Poli ce Departments . I r emained on the scene to assist <br />with maintaining control of the crime scene. <br />At 0230 h ours, I was assigned to assis t Inves tigator Yency Mena from the Orange <br />County District Attorney Homici d e Onit by canvassing the area for potential <br />wi tnesses t o the incide nt . I nvestigator Mena and I b egan knocki ng on apart men t <br />un i t doors in the a rea of the i ncident to speak to reside nts in followi ng <br />buildi ng s: <br />In total , we a ttempt ed to contac t 24 dif ferent uni ts i n the area. <br />Whi l e s peaking to each resident, Investigator Mena spoke to each party and <br />obta i ned their s t a t ements. Re f er t o Investi gator Mena's r eport for mo r e details <br />r egarding the i nter v i ews .
