Officer Report for In cident 20-02516 <br />Supplement <br />On 01-21-20 , at approxi mately 0001 hours , I Detective J. Vega was notified by <br />FVPD Sergeant Spangler to respond to our station o n a Detective Call-out . <br />Sergeant Spangler said there was an Officer involved shooting (OIS) involving <br />Santa Ana Police Department Officers which occurred in the City of Founta i n <br />Valley. <br />Upon arriva l, FVPD Detectives and Sergeant Spangler responded to the scene , <br />located at 10304 La Hacienda Ave . #JS . Once at the scene , I was assigned to DA <br />Investigator Mike Kendrick to handle the , "Scene " portion of this investigation. <br />Refer to DA Investigator Kendrick 's report for further (OCDA Case #20-002). <br />Detective J .
