Direction: back to front, slightly right to left, straight <br />E. Associated injuries: perforations of right upper lobe and right middle <br />lobe of lungs, right hemothorax, perforation of right posterior 9th <br />intercostal space, perforation of 5th right anterior intercostal space <br />F. Course: skin, soft tissues, right posterior 9th intercostal space, right <br />middle lobe of lung, right upper lobe of lung, right anterior 5th <br />intercostal space, skin <br />II. Gunshot wound #2, right lower back, penetrating <br />A. Entry: right lower back, no soot, stippling or muzzle imprint <br />B. Exit: none <br />C. Projectile: large caliber, lead deformed copper jacket recovered from <br />within soft tissues of right chest, right underneath skin <br />D. Direction: back to front, upwards, and slightly left to right <br />E. Associated injuries: perforations of liver, right hemidiaphragm, <br />mesentery, right anterior 6th intercostal space, mild retroperitoneal <br />hemorrhages, mild hemoperitoneum <br />F. Course: skin, soft tissues, mesentery, liver, right hemidiaphragm, <br />tissues of the right anterior 7th intercostal space, right anterior 6th <br />rib/underlying 6th anterior intercostal space, tissues right underneath <br />the skin <br />Ill. Gunshot wound #3 (left upper inner buttock), #4-6 {right buttock) <br />2020·02·04 KC <br />A. Entry: left inner upper buttock (#3) and right upper buttock (#4-6) , <br />no soot or muzzle imprint seen, faint stippling present <br />B. Exit: one large gaping perforation of pelvic area/lower abdominal <br />area with one projectile recovered within soft tissues <br />C. Projectile: One large deformed copper jacketed copper projectile <br />recovered from soft tissues underneath exit site,. unclear regarding <br />origins with respect to gunshot wounds #3-6.
