NOTIFICATION OF INTERVIEW <br />Th e Santa Ana Police Department is currently conducting an in vestigation into: <br />The circumstances whi ch led to your officer-i nvo lved shootin g on 01/20/20 20 at 2321 hours at <br /> <br />As the focus of this investigation, yo u have the right to be represented by a representati ve of your cho ice who may be <br />present at all times during th e interview. This representative shall no t be any person(s) that are the subject(s) of t he same <br />i nvestigation. I will be the Supervisor in charge of the interview, and Sergea nt Javier Aceves will be present as well. If <br />there are any changes in the su pervisors present, you will be notified before the beginning of the inte rview, and given an <br />opportunity to discuss the change with your represen tative if you so choose. You are advised that your rights are fu lly <br />outlined in the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act, Government Code Sections 3300-3311 , as well as <br />Departmental Order 1010 . Please refer to these documents for detailed information regarding you r rights reference t h is <br />investigation . <br />If you elect to be represented , you are responsible for contacting a representative or attorney of your choice to arra nge for <br />this interview.
