At the request of Sergeant B. Harris #49043, I responded to the intersection of South Main <br />' Street and East Pine Street to relieve Sgt. Harris from an outside agency assistance call reference a <br />SAPD officer involved shooting to supervise SASPD personnel in coordination with SAPD personnel. <br />I arrived at on scene assisting with traffic and crowd control until 2046 hours.
