Santa Aria PD 2015-06456: Supplemental Report by #2984 Page2of2 <br />Involvement: <br />Agency: <br />ASSiSt <br />SAPD <br />Narrative: <br />On 03-11-15 at 1251 hours, I was on duty in a marked Santa Aria police vehicle and uniform. I <br />responded to the report of a shooting at 819 S. Cypress Street. As I was driving to this location, I heard <br />there was a possible suspect vehicle stopped at 300 S. Main Street. <br />Upon my arrival 1259 hours, I assisted with blocking westbound traffic on Walnut Street at Cypress <br />Street. <br />Upon hearing that there was an officer involved shooting, I proceeded towards Main Street and assisted <br />with setting up a crime scene perimeter using crime scene tape. <br />At 1411 hours I returned to the scene at 300 S. Mains Street. <br />At 1416 hours, I assisted with transporting a witness, to the police station. <br />At 1448 hours, I was advised by Sergeant D. Humpreys to respond to 819 S. Cypress Street and assist as <br />needed. I helped to canvass the parking lot of the business located directly across the street from 819 S. <br />Cypress Street. <br />At 1620 hours, I was relieved from the scene once CSI was done collecting evidence and the scene. <br />http://ir2/Report.aspx?action=editreport&reportid=550000000000261955&userid=71 1 3/1 1/2015
