Elms #2616 <br />ASSiSt <br />SAPD <br />Narrative: <br />On Wednesday March 11, 2015 I was working uniformed patrol in a marked black and white police <br />vehicle. At approximately 1501 hours I was dispatched to the area of Main / Chestnut to assist on scene <br />in an officer involved shooting. <br />I arrive on scene at approximately 1504 hours. I entered the perimeter at 1507 hours. On arrival I <br />contacted Sgt. R. Shinn #2386. Sgt. Shinn instructed me to relieve Officer S. Lopez #3230 who was <br />standing by with witnesses at "The Mill Bakery" located at 312 S. Main. <br />At approxii'nately 1710 hours I cleared the scene after being authorized by Sgt. J. Smith #1998. <br />I returrxeato the Sarita Ana PoliceStaiion. Atapproximately 1736 hoursI assistedDetectiveC. Elms <br />#2616 by transporting (W) his residence located at 313 S.
