Santa Aria PD 2015-06456: Supplemental Report by #2668 Page 2 of 2 <br />Narrative: <br />On 03/11/2015 at approximately 1445 hrs., I was notified by Sgt. Kim that Detective Aguilar and I were <br />needed to assist at an Officer Involved Shooting call at 300 S. Main Street. Detective Aguilar and I <br />were directed to respond to Main and Chestnut and check in with Sgt. Shin, who was at the scene. <br />Detective Aguilar and I responded to the scene and checked in with the scribe at 1505 hrs. Sgt. Shin <br />assigned Detective Aguilar and me to transport Officers Gibbons and Diaz to the SAPD Station. We <br />cleared the scene at 1508 hrs. with Officers Gibbons and Diaz and retumed to the SAPD Station. <br />Detective Aguilar and I returned to our normal assignments. <br />Detective Cpl. A.
