At 1513 hours, I presented the scene briefing with Investigtions <br />personnel from SAPD, QC District Attorney's office, and the Orange County Crime Lab. <br />After the briefing, I was the scene supervisor, until relieved by Sergeant Weber at <br />approximately 1730 hours. <br />Sergeant J.
