Santa Aria PD 2015-06456: Supplemental Report by #2978 Page 2 of 2 <br />WEDNESDAY: 03/1 1/2015 <br />12:50 <br />I was at my work station monitoring the police radio when I heard the officer involved shooting being <br />broadcasted. I was then contacted by Corporal L. Rodriguez #2408 who asked me to assist with the <br />investigation. <br />14:05 <br />Sergeant G. Serrano #2338 of the Santa Aria Police Department Homicide Unit provided a briefing <br />germane to the officer involved shooting. I was tasked to assist with subsequent investigation and <br />responded to the scene. <br />14:30 <br />I arrived and entered the crime scene located at 300 South Main Street. I checked in with Officer E. <br />Martinez #3349 who was maintaining a crime scene personnel log. <br />15:13 <br />Scene Supervisor Sergeant J. Smith #1998 provided a briefing on the circumstances germane to the <br />officer involved shooting. I was then assigned to canvass the interior perimeter for witness along with <br />Investigator S. Frazier from the Orange County District Attorney's Office Special Assignments Unit. <br />15:30 <br />I conducted a walkthrorigh of the scene. After completing the walk through of the scene, I was tasked to <br />return to the station, for "Officer processing".
