Quijas #2958, <br />D. Enriquez #3082, D. Garcia #323 1, R. Shifflett #3264 and W. Sweet #1805. <br />At 1324 hours, after being treated by paramedics on scene, Osorio was pronounced <br />deceased. <br />1530 Hours: <br />I conducted a walk-through of the OIS scene. <br />I then conducted witness interviews as partnered with OC DA Inv.
