Linn from the Orange County District Attorney's Office and I interviewed Officer M. <br />Gibbons #2990 in an interview located on the 3rd floor of the Santa Ana Police Department. The <br />interview was digitally recorded and retained by Investigator Linn for posterity. The following is a brief <br />synopsis of the interview. For further details, refer to the recording and Investigator's Linn's report. <br />Officer Gibbons is an officer for the Santa Ana Police Department and has been since May, 2005. He <br />previously worked for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for about Il years. His current <br />assignment is in Patrol and works the day shift from 05:30-18:00. <br />On today's date, 3-11-2015, Officer Gibbons assisted in a vehicle stop of a subject who was a <br />suspect in an assault with a deadly weapon. During the stop, Officer Gibbons was the primary person <br />communicating on the radio. The driver of the vehicle did not cooperate with the officers commands <br />and an officer involved shooting occurred.
