Poinsettia, Santa Ana, 714/543-0879 <br />Narrative: <br />Tuesday, March 24, 2015, 1045 Hours: <br />Det, E. Nunez #2564 requested that I assist with the release of the suspect <br />vehicle a white 2005 Toyota Tacoma bearing California license plate <br />The Sheriff's Department had contacted Det. Nunez advising him the vehicle was <br />read to be released, <br />I called and spoke with Orange County Sheriff's Department-550 J. Nally and <br />made arrangements to have the vehicle towed out of the evidence bay by To and <br />Mo Tow Company. The tow company arrived and towed the Toyota truck to their <br />yard located at 518 N. Poinsettia in Santa Ana. <br />While I was at the crime lab 550 Nally told me the firearms involved in the OIS <br />had been processed and were ready to be released. I took custody of the <br />firearms, 4 handguns and 1 AR type rife. I transported the guns back to the Santa <br />Ana Police Department and delivered them to Cpl. Atkinson in the internal affairs <br />section of the PD. <br />No further information. <br />Det, E.
