Sapta Ana PD 201:))-00456: Supplemental Report by #3229 Page 2 of 2 <br />On Wednesday March 11, 2015 I was working uniform patrol in a marked black and white Santa Ana <br />Police vehicle. At approximately 1457 hours I was dispatched to the area of Main / Chestnut to assist on <br />scene at an officer involved shooting. <br />I arrived on scene at approximately 1504 hours. I entered the perimeter at 1507 hours. On arrival I <br />contacted Sgt. Shinn who directed me to relieve Of'ncer Tolosa who was maintaining security of the <br />vehicle involved in the officer involved shooting. There was also a firearm near the rear driver side <br />wheel. I relieved Officer Tolosa at approximately 1521 hours. <br />While on scene I completed an impound form for the vehicle and requested a tow respond and transport <br />the vehicle to Orange County Crime Lab. <br />At approximately 1955 hours I cleared the scene after being authorized by Sgt. Weber. I escorted the <br />tow as it transported the vehicle to Orange County Crime Lab and was left in the custody of Crime Lab <br />personnel. <br />A.
