Greaver and I transported Alberto to the Santa Ana <br />Police Department. He was transpoited willingly and agreed to speak with detectives about wliat liad <br />transpired. He was rinaware Osorio had been sliot by police at the time of my transporting him. He was <br />placed in the conference room on the third floor and contacted by Santa Ana Police Depaitment <br />Homicide Detectives and Orange County District Attorney Investigators. I was relieved by Ofc. Gibbons <br />#2990. <br />No further information is known at this time. I request this report be forwarded to detectives for <br />reVleW. <br />B.
