R. Perez #2675 and I were advised by Sgt. Grace that our <br />assistance was needed in the area of Main and Chestnut regarding an officer involved shooting. Det. R. <br />Perez and I were directed to meet with Sgt. Shin at Main and Chestnut for further direction. Det. R. <br />Perez responded to the crime scene together and checked in with the scribe at 1507 hours. Sgt. Shin <br />advised us that we would be transporting officers back to the police station. <br />At 1517 hours Det. R. Perez and I checked out of the crime scene and transported Ofc. S. Lopez and <br />Ofc. J. Berwanger back to the Santa Ana Police Department. We then returned back to the crime scene <br />however we remained on the exterior and did not enter it. Ofc. R. Tolosa and Ofc. E. Majors exited the <br />crime scene and we transported them back to the Santa Ana Police Department as well. We were <br />notified by Sgt. Humphrey that we would not be needed for any other transports. <br />This concluded our assistance with this investigation. <br />Det. J.
