Martinez #3349 <br />ASSiSt <br />SAPD <br />(714) 245-8701 <br />Narrative: <br />Wednesday, March 11, 2015 1300 Hours <br />I was at my work station when I heard of an Officer Involved Shooting incident broadcasted over the <br />Santa Ana Police Departments police radio frequency in the aqrea of 200 S. Main Street. <br />I was contacted by Detective Sergeant G. Serrano #2338 of the Santa Ana Police Department Homicide <br />Section who informed me that an officer involved shooting incident occurred at 200 S. Main Street. <br />Sergeant Serrano requested I respond and assist with the investigation. <br />1405 Hours <br />At the Santa Aria Police Department, Sergeant Serrano briefed detectives on the known circumstances of <br />the officer involved shooting. <br />1426 Hours <br />I arrived at the scene and approached the northwest side of the perimeter. <br />1430 Hours <br />I checked in with Officer E.
