3/23/2015 Sarda Aria PD 2015-06456: Supplemental Report by #2567 <br />down. <br />1606 hours;, <br /> While walking in the hallway of the apartment complex, we contacted who told us she manages <br />'he apartment complex. said she heard between 5-6 gunshots. She said she heard one gunshot then <br />saw an officer putting up police tape as well as an officer putting on a vest. About 3 minutes later she heard <br />4-5 gru'ishots but didn't see anything else as she ran back into her residence. <br />1610 liours; <br /> was inside of her apartment when she lieard sirens and saw police units southbound on Main St. She <br />saw officers had their guns draw while standing by their doors. Sl"ie heard yelling but didn't know what was <br />said. She then ran to residence and heard 1 gunshot. She then heard about 6 more <br />gunshots when she then saw a guy on the ground with the ambulance working on him. <br /> <br /> heard I gunshot then seconds later heard 3 more gunshots. <br />Investigator Wiseman and I tlien made contact at Pomeroy's Muffler Shop at 315 S. Main St. and contacted <br />three employees. The following is a synopsis of the recorded interviews. <br />1631 hours; <br /> said he was working at Pomeroy's muffler shop and was in and out of the shop as the events <br />transpired. said he heard screaming something similar to "hands up." He then heard ] gunshot while <br />he was inside of tlie garage. He then heard 7-8 more gunsliots while he was inside of the garage. When he <br />ralked outside, he saw a person on the ground. <br />1636 hours; <br /> said-he was- working at- Pomei-oy's i'nuffler -shop-when he heard one gunshot while inside of the <br />garage. He walked outside then heard 1 gunshot followed by 4-5 more gunshots. <br />1640 hours; <br /> said he was working at Pomeroy's muffler shop and heard an unknown number of gunshots while <br />inside of the garage. When he went outside, he saw a person on the ground next to a white pickup. <br />Investigator Wiseman and I then made contact with a business <br />where we contacted two employees. The following is a synopsis <br />1656 liours; <br />at 220 S. Main st., Botanica Santa Isabel, <br />of the recorded interview. <br /> was working beliind the cash register and didn't see or hear anything that occurred outside. <br /> <br />He is the owner of the business and didn't see or hear anything outside as he was inside of his office. <br />I then contacted the scribe and checked out of the crime scene. <br />-r'or further details of the recorded interviews, refer to DA Investigator Wiseman's report.
